To visit the city at your leisure, the best thing to do is park, walk around a bit and enjoy our streets, monuments and hidden corners. We’ll tell you about the different ways:

→If you arrive in Arcos via the motorway, take the first exit (West Exit) which will take you to the main entrance of the city.

PARKING AND BUS ACCESS.-

The first option for parking is at the Fairgrounds (Avda. Duque de Arcos). This is an open-air parking lot. A bus to the historic center departs from this location every 30 minutes. Horarios.

WALKING UP.-

In this area, there is a small Botanical Garden with some sections of stairs that lead you to the España square. From the square, you only need about 10 minutes walking to reach the Belén slope, the beginning of the monumental area.

PAID PARKING AND BUS ACCESS.-

Following the signs for City Center, you will find the Paseo de Andalucía, where there is an underground parking lot for a fee (Approx. price 0.33 cents/min. – €15/24 hours). Next to this promenade is the Plaza de España, from where a bus departs every 30 minutes to the monumental area. Horarios

WALKING UP.-

As we have already mentioned, from Plaza de España, it will take you about 10 minutes to walk to reach the monumental area. From here, following the city centre signs, you will access the parking lot on Paseo de Andalucía or the one at the Fairgrounds and you can choose the different options explained above.

→If you arrive in Arcos via the El Bosque road, you can access the city centre by taking the first exit on the left, once past the Arcos Lake dam.
